R&D Partners is seeking a dedicated Nurse Educator to join a dynamic team and play a critical role in delivering high-quality training and education to healthcare professionals and patients in primary and secondary care settings. This role focuses on supporting the implementation and use of Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) systems, ensuring confidence and best practices in diabetes management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diabetes care, ideally as a Diabetes Specialist Nurse, and will approach patient care and professional education with empathy and a commitment to improving outcomes. Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location. Responsibilities Training & Education Deliver engaging and effective training to healthcare professionals and patients in one-on-one and group settings. Ensure training materials are evidence-based, current, and aligned with NHS guidelines. Adapt training styles to suit diverse audiences for knowledge retention and practical application. Utilize digital and remote training tools to support virtual education when necessary. Patient Support & Empowerment Train patients and caregivers on the use of CGM systems and associated applications for effective diabetes management. Provide tailored training support to patients initiating new technology, ensuring confidence in self-care. Approach patient education with empathy, ensuring individuals feel supported in managing their condition. Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve patient adherence and outcomes through structured education programs. Clinical Expertise & Support Offer expert technical guidance and support on CGM system use to healthcare professionals and patients. Provide on-site and remote support for CGM system implementation. Assist in troubleshooting concerns related to CGM systems. Customer Relationship & Stakeholder Engagement Build strong relationships with patients and key stakeholders, including nurses, GPs, and endocrinologists. Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer and patient needs are met through high-quality education and support. Support commercial teams by providing clinical insights and expertise during customer discussions. Operational Effectiveness & CRM Management Maintain accurate training records and documentation in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Provide feedback to enhance CRM processes and improve efficiency. Monitor training effectiveness and gather feedback to continuously improve educational offerings. Skills & Competencies Strong empathy and ability to support patients with a compassionate, patient‑centered approach. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Outstanding organizational skills. Ability to simplify complex clinical concepts for diverse audiences. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to handle clinical inquiries effectively. Confident in using technology, digital training platforms, and remote learning tools. Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player. Willingness to travel regularly, including overnight stays when required. Additional Requirements Full UK driving license. Willingness to travel across all areas to cover training sessions.
