You will work from a variety of settings including schools, partner agencies and homes, working flexibly and creatively to best engage and meet the diverse health needs of the 5-19 population, as part of the New Forest & Romsey Public Health Nursing 5-19 Team based at Tatchbury Mount, Calmore. You will lead the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme (DH 2009) within the locality and provide professional leadership to a skill‑mix team, enabling the efficient and effective delivery of the commissioned service. Main duties of the job Lead delivery of the commissioned elements of the Healthy Child Programme (DH 2009), including the 0‑19 (Health Visiting and School Nursing) High Impact Areas. Provide clinical leadership and management support to Community Public Health Staff Nurse 5‑19, Community Nursery Nurses and Community Public Health Assistants 5‑19 to support the delivery of a quality 0‑19 public health service in Hampshire.
