Job Title Preoperative Nurse - Block Booking - Rotherham This is for a Block Booking Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm in Rotherham. We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients, monitoring their condition, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for patient care, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Requirements Valid Nursing registration with the NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) for the UK. 12 months recent paid experience completed at ward level within an NHS hospital setting. Pre Operative Assessment course completed through pre opassociation or M&K. Heart and Lung auscultation Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
