Position Regional Manager – on behalf of Carlsberg Britvic Area Covers: East of England Channel: Grocery Package Up to £37,500 + company car or car allowance, private healthcare, annual leave purchase, life assurance and more Employment Permanent Full-Time Overview Join Carlsberg Britvic, the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK, and work with leading brands such as Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, Poretti, Robinsons and various Pepsi portfolio products. As a Regional Manager you will focus on performance managing your field team – ensuring delivery of results through field-based coaching, team meetings, training, development and appraisals. Ideally, you will have experience leading a field based team within the FMCG industry and in a client-facing environment. You will also be a strong builder of relationships with key stakeholders. Responsibilities People management & team leadership Ownership of team performance in delivering agreed objectives Training, coaching & development Working in partnership with our in‑house recruitment team to recruit & retain talent Commercial insight from the field, providing effective and timely reporting Developing and enacting joint business plans with the client to deliver results About You Ultimately, it’s about owning the sales and share performance of Carlsberg Britvic brands across your region and seeking out opportunities to deliver ahead of the market.
