Contract: Full Time Salary: £13.74 per hour Hours: 38.5 hours per week (Contracted hours) Benefits Paid PVG Pension scheme Free uniform Free onsite parking 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on full‑time hours) Role Responsibilities Lead and coordinate your shift, ensuring a consistent standard of high‑quality care Support with medication administration, care plans, and clinical record keeping Provide hands‑on personal care and emotional support to residents Mentor junior staff and support their development Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues Qualifications and Experience SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care & Medication Training Experience working in a care setting (minimum one year preferred) Confidence leading a shift and delegating tasks effectively A commitment to delivering person‑centred care with compassion Strong communication skills and a team‑focused approach About You You are calm under pressure, lead by example, and always act with kindness and integrity.
