Early Years Practitioner – Teatime / After School Provision – Monkspath Junior & Infant School Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council is looking for a Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team and help make our teatime and after-school provision a fantastic experience for children aged 2–5 years. This part‑time role is 13.75 hours per week, Monday‑Friday 3:15pm‑6:00pm, and is a permanent position. What you’ll do: Provide high‑quality care and learning opportunities in a nurturing setting. Help children settle into routines and feel confident and secure. Plan, prepare and adapt engaging activities that support early development. Promote positive behaviour and encourage independence in a caring, consistent way. Interact warmly with children, inspiring them to join in and enjoy every activity. Work flexibly as part of a team to ensure our teatime provision runs smoothly. What we’re looking for: A Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential). Creativity, flexibility and a genuine commitment to excellent childcare.
