Oversee daily scheduling, including appointments, meetings, and social events, ensuring optimal time management. Coordinate household staff, including hiring, training, and supervising domestic personnel. Manage household budgets, expenses, and financial documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to allocated resources. Facilitate seamless communication between the employer and external parties, including vendors, contractors, and service providers. Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries, including transportation, accommodations, and visa requirements. Assist with personal shopping, gift selection, and managing special requests. Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and personal matters. Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring the smooth operation of the household. Qualifications Previous experience working as a Personal Assistant within UHNW families is highly preferred. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Discretion and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
