Future Group is an integrated marketing agency driving growth for clients with deep expertise, creativity, and outcome-focused strategy. We create and execute campaigns that accelerate every stage of the go-to-market funnel – Attract, Nurture, Sell, Grow – for clients ranging from startups and venture-backed innovators to global brands like Pernod Ricard, M&G, and Silverstone. We are an ambitious, agile team focused on delivering measurable impact and building lasting client partnerships. Role Purpose We are seeking a dynamic, well-rounded Marketing Manager to lead campaign strategy, own our content ecosystem, and work closely with clients and teams to drive success. You will own our internal content and social presence (75%), while dedicating up to 25% of your time to direct client delivery drafting sales enablement materials, web copy, and communications that help clients stand out and win. Key Responsibilities Develop, manage, and evolve multi-channel marketing campaigns for both agency and client brands (digital, social, email, pitch materials, web). Deliver high-quality content assets – sales enablement decks, presentations, one-pagers, website copy, case studies, blogs – aligned to client business goals and brand voice. Collaborate directly with clients to understand tone, positioning, and project requirements. Partner with in-house creative teams to shape compelling client and agency campaigns. Plan, publish, and optimise content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Hubspot, Mailerlite, and others). Lead and support the execution of events, webinars, and podcasts as part of broader go‑to‑market and thought leadership campaigns. Ensure timely delivery, clear performance reporting, and continuous optimisation based on analytics. Contribute to new business proposals and creative ideation sessions. Serve as a trusted partner and brand guardian for both internal and client assignments. Who You Are Self‑motivated marketer with hands‑on experience in both campaign management and client delivery. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a marketing or agency environment, including B2B content and sales enablement. Outstanding copywriting and storytelling skills, with a strong portfolio of client‑facing work (decks, web, presentations). Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities. Skilled at fostering collaborative client relationships and extracting compelling value propositions. Adept with a range of platforms (Hubspot, Mailerlite, Riverside, LinkedIn, Google Suite). Strong cultural awareness and proven ability to craft content with a global mindset. Comfortable with (or eager to learn) AI and LLM content tools. What We Offer The chance to influence brand strategy and shape commercial content for ambitious clients. Ownership of signature projects and campaigns across multiple brands. Professional growth, flexible/hybrid work with York and London offices, and a 4‑day work week. Supportive, innovative, and fun team culture with meaningful perks. First 30/60/90 Days: What You’ll Achieve 30 Days Dive into client and Future Group brand guidelines, past content, and campaign results. Shadow client meetings to understand positioning, tone, and current projects. Draft and receive feedback on first client‑facing assets (sales decks, web copy, or pitch). Take lead on scheduling and publishing content for agency channels. 60 Days Present new ideas for content strategy and lead at least one client‑facing project from brief to delivery. Build relationships with stakeholders (internal and client) and introduce streamlined delivery approaches. Compile performance analytics and recommendations for at least one key channel or campaign. 90 Days Own the delivery of both internal and client‑facing campaigns, with measurable impact on engagement and lead flow. Facilitate a full cycle of client request: from discovery to asset delivery and outcome reporting. Drive optimisations: streamline workflows, propose creative content experiments, and demonstrate direct value. Cultivate trusted advisor status with at least two active clients.
