In this role you have the chance to really own the role, gain responsibility, autonomy and continually upskill to enhance your expertise in SEO. We are looking for a person with at least two years experience but most important with a passion for SEO and Digital Marketing. Responsibilities Own the end‑to‑end SEO process with our clients, managing the site for your country, defining strategy, and suggesting on‑page and technical improvements. Work initially with clients of the agency in the fashion industry and later on move to other industries/projects. Analyze data and comment on performance, managing SEO results daily and organizing weekly calls with clients. Communicate regularly with the SEO Manager, SEO Tech Manager and clients on SEO strategies, tactics, deliverables, and performance. Collaborate with the SEO team during weekly meetings and stay up to date with SEO trends and latest news. Develop comprehensive keyword research documentation and evaluate content and on‑page opportunities to boost rankings for clients. Monitor and analyze client site performance using a range of SEO and site analytics tools, reporting in both Excel and PowerPoint. Use the agency’s SEO tools such as SEM Rush, On Crawl, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and others to support your work. Qualifications Fluency in English to C2 level. Fluency in French to C2 level. 2+ years of SEO experience with a passion for SEO. Good technical and on‑page SEO expertise. Strong numerical, analytical, and creative skills. Experience with Google Analytics, SEM Rush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and Majestic SEO. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Experience working with other digital marketing channels is a plus. Digital agency experience is a plus.
