This is a key leadership role focused on improving the patient journey and managing our fantastic patient navigation team to ensure every patient feels welcome, heard, and supported.What you’ll be doing:Leading and supporting our patient navigation team to provide excellent front-of-house serviceActing as the first point of contact for patient feedback, concerns, and complaintsUsing patient insight to drive improvements in how we deliver care and servicesBuilding strong relationships with patients, families, and the local communitySupporting practice operations to ensure everything runs smoothly day to dayWhat we’re looking for:Someone with team management or supervisory experience (ideally in healthcare or customer service)A real people-person with excellent communication and problem-solving skillsConfidence using IT systems (experience with EMIS is a bonus)Organised, compassionate, and calm under pressurePassionate about improving patient experience and access to careWhat we offer:A welcoming, supportive team and inclusive work environmentOpportunities for training and developmentNHS pension and staff benefits including an Employee Assistance Programme, an additional Christmas shopping day and a Cycle to Work SchemeA chance to make a genuine impact in your local communityThis is a key role within the practice and finding the right person is very important to us.
