Senior Data Analytics Manager

This is a hybrid role, based in our Central Support Office, with three days in the office and two from home. You'll lead a small but high-impact team, turning operational and commercial data into actionable insights and supporting senior stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and Commercial functions. Responsibilities Analytics and Insights Development Lead the creation of data models, dashboards, and reports to provide industry‑leading commercial analysis. Develop stable data warehousing solutions across operational, commercial, and financial systems. Partner with operational, commercial, and finance teams to embed dashboards and performance metrics into daily decision‑making. Use predictive analytics and scenario modelling to support strategic planning and budget processes. Commercial Strategy Support Analyse operational performance to identify risks and opportunities for growth and efficiency. Provide clear, actionable insights for business reviews and executive presentations. Translate complex data into meaningful insights for General Managers, Finance Directors, and the Executive team. Support property projects by providing ROI analysis and commercial reporting. Align data insights with broader business strategies to drive performance. Data Management and Governance Ensure the integrity, availability, and quality of data across systems and dashboards. Work closely with IT to optimise data pipelines and analytics infrastructure. Maintain compliance with data privacy standards and governance requirements. Contribute to AI initiatives and group‑wide analytical solutions. Team Leadership Manage and mentor a team of two operational analysts. Conduct appraisals and one‑to‑one meetings, fostering development and growth. Champion a culture of curiosity, analytical excellence, and continuous improvement. Support succession planning and capability building within the Operational Finance team. Qualifications Proven experience in a senior data analytics role, ideally within hospitality, retail, or consumer services. Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Strong business acumen and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Hospitality, Economics, or related field. 5+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, with a track record of turning insights into action. A driven, success‑oriented mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
