Join to apply for the Critical Incident Responder role at HealthHero Calling all CISM trained Counsellors – join our Critical Incident Response team as an Affiliate at HealthHero Our trauma and critical incident support services deliver timely and professional interventions that empower employees to move forward after experiencing trauma. We are looking for independent practitioners who are interested in registering with HealthHero Affiliate Network to undertake Critical Incident debriefings. Competitive fees include your travel expenses and subsistence. Full on‑board training provided. Qualifications And Experience Are you a BACP/UKCP/NCS registered Counsellor with CISM qualification? Demonstrable experience of facilitating critical incident debriefing sessions Significant experience working with trauma Experience of safeguarding and managing risk with client groups. Strong organisational skills. A clear and concise verbal and written communicator. IT Skills including proficiency using Microsoft Systems as well as electronic clinical record systems.
