With strong annual recurring revenue and EBITDA, the company delivers solutions to enterprise clients across multiple sectors.This is a pivotal leadership opportunity for a proven CFO who thrives in dynamic, growth-oriented environments and understands the strategic levers of value creation in a private equity context.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all financial strategy, planning, and operations, including FP&A, reporting, treasury, and compliance.Partner with the CEO and board to shape and execute the value creation plan.Drive operational efficiency, margin improvement, and scalable growth.Prepare the business for a successful exit, including vendor due diligence and transaction execution.Build and mentor a high-performing finance team aligned with strategic goals.Candidate ProfileProven CFO experience in SaaS or software-led businesses, ideally with ARR and EBITDA scale.
