Principal Recruitment Consultant Join Our Growing Team as a Principal Recruitment Consultant We are expanding and looking for a driven Principal Recruitment Consultant due to the amount of growth we have had. The ideal candidate is someone that is looking to start growing a team around them and working towards being Managing Consultant. Responsibilities Work with a team of Recruitment Consultants providing mentorship. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. Develop recruitment strategies to meet client needs and exceed targets. Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure the best candidate fit. Manage and oversee the recruitment process from start to finish. Provide market insights and advice to clients to enhance their recruitment strategy. Prepare and present reports on team performance and client satisfaction. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Requirements Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role. Strong leadership and mentoring skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Results‑driven and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the recruitment industry.
