QA Automation Engineer Java Shropshire (3 days per week) £50-80K + Benefits About : Join a growing team as a QA Automation Engineer working on innovative projects at the forefront of digital transformation. The Digital Transformation Centre specialises in modernising legacy systems into cloud-native solutions using Java and open-source technologies. They embrace agile and DevOps principles to deliver high-quality applications and platforms. The tech stack includes Java, microservices, infrastructure-as-code, NoSQL databases, containerisation, JEE, Oracle, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure. Please note that you MUST be eligible for SC clearance and be able and willing to be onsite in Shropshire 3 days per week. Your Role : Reviewing and assessing requirements to ensure they are testable and clear. Designing and developing test scripts, and preparing test data in collaboration with other teams. Executing tests, documenting results, and verifying that identified issues have been resolved. Communicating progress and risks clearly to the wider team, including the Product Owner.
