We're looking for a Strategy & Partnerships Associate to join our high-performing Strategy & Partnerships team. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of strategy, partnerships, and M&A, supporting high-impact initiatives that shape H&B's future. You'll collaborate closely with senior leaders, contribute to major strategic decisions, and help identify new opportunities that will accelerate our wellness mission. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, and wants real ownership of meaningful workstreams. The Role Key Responsibilities Evaluate new partnership opportunities and support business case development. Shape strategic recommendations that drive long‑term growth. Maintain and update partnership and M&A trackers to ensure senior‑level visibility. Contribute to partnership materials, pitch documents, and pipeline discussions. Conduct market scanning and deliver actionable insights on emerging trends. Lead the initial screening and analysis of potential M&A targets. Support strategic projects from insight generation to recommendation building. Create clear, visually compelling presentations for senior stakeholders. Location: This is a hybrid role based in London, with at least two days per week in the office. The Person Key Requirements A 1st or 2:1 degree in a field requiring analytical capability. Experience gained in a strategy, consulting, corporate development, investment banking, or similarly analytical environment (client facing preferable). Advanced PowerPoint and Excel capability. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex information. Comfortable owning workstreams and managing multiple priorities with high attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence, challenge and engage stakeholders. Proven ability to build strong working relationships and partner cross‑functionally. Naturally curious, commercially minded, and proactive in identifying opportunities.
