As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in managing day-to-day activities related to customer service, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:
Accurately inputting and maintaining contract data
Processing repair and work orders
Arranging returns and collections
Responding to incoming emails and calls
Investigating invoice disputes
Logging issues and following up with customers
