We are looking for a high-performing, commercially minded Marketing professional to lead and execute Ebury’s Institutional marketing. This is a cross-functional role where you'll take ownership of campaigns from end to end-crafting compelling content, identifying key audiences, launching initiatives across multiple channels, and measuring their impact. You'll work closely with product, sales, and global marketing colleagues to elevate Ebury’s presence in Private Markets. The Opportunity We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Lead to join our dynamic marketing team. This is a mid-level role for a commercially-minded marketer with a proven track record in B2B financial services. You will play a pivotal role in driving awareness, engagement, and lead generation for our Institutional offerings, leveraging your expertise to execute comprehensive marketing strategies. A key aspect of this role will be to maximise the impact of Ebury's existing and future marketing assets, ensuring they are effectively utilised across all marketing channels. Key Responsibilities Content & Communications: Deliver a content calendar, including the generation of editorial ideas, and content creation as well as continual improvement across marketing and sales collaterals, social media and website Manage the creation and distribution of high-quality, engaging content tailored for private markets Support distribution team with bespoke content and pitch materials Social Media: Manage and optimise social marketing channels, including LinkedIn showcase page, to drive traffic and conversions. Analyse campaign performance for organic and paid initiatives, identify trends, and implement data-driven reportings. Activation & Events: Identify PR opportunities and work with the PR team to secure media coverage. Drive the set up of Ebury events marketing for key events Skills & Experience 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience in asset management, private markets, fintech, or financial services Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
