This Administration Officer position at Gov Facility Services Ltd (GFSL) is located at HMP Erlestoke, Erlestoke House, Devizes (SN10 5TU). Salary: £28,853.57 per annum.Contract: Permanent – 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Holidays: 25 days per year plus Bank Holidays. Our team operates like a self‑contained city, supporting the smooth and safe running of the prison. You will work alongside experienced planners, mechanics, cleaners and other administrators to create a safe and nurturing environment for prisoners, staff and visitors. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records and documentation. Handle routine office tasks efficiently and independently. Support the Facilities Maintenance Team by coordinating service requests. Assist with the preparation of reports and correspondence. Participate in health and safety activities and ensure compliance with policy. Qualifications & Experience Experience in using a variety of IT systems including CAFM. Experience working in a busy office environment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Knowledge of IT systems relevant to facility management. Up‑to‑date First Aid qualification.
