Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Understanding of market dynamics and how operational tasks impact broader business goals.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
A flexible, adaptable approach to working hours and tasks.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet operational targets.

About You:
? 1-3 years of professional work experience; ideally 1+ year of experience within an Operations position, office management, or administrative role
? Experience leading teams or groups preferred
? Excellent time management and communication skills
? Fluent verbal and written English language skills
? Familiarity in Google Work-space (formerly G Suite)
? Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
? Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
? Willingness to learn, a great attitude, and the ability to work well with others - teamwork is key to success
