Your Responsibilities Will Include Delivering inclusive and high‑quality teaching, learning, and assessment. Assisting with curriculum design, development, and quality improvement. Monitoring and supporting student recruitment, progress, achievement, and progression. Using B&FC systems (e.g. VLE, progress tracking) to enable student success. Participating in recruitment activities such as interviews, open days, and events. Maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of the subject area and effective pedagogies.
