Temporary One‑to‑One Teaching Assistant – Lawley Primary School and Nursery We are looking to appoint an experienced, nurturing, and enthusiastic teaching assistant who will support the learning of one of our pupils. The role is part‑time, 27.5 hours per week, term time only, and is temporary until July 2026. Responsibilities Support individual pupils in their day‑to‑day learning activities Use a variety of approaches to meet the needs of pupils Work as part of a dedicated team in a welcoming environment to achieve the best outcomes for all children Participate in safeguarding and well‑being activities and uphold the school’s safeguarding policy Qualifications & Requirements Experience as a teaching assistant, preferably in primary education Ability to work with pupils of differing abilities and needs Strong communication and teamwork skills Enhanced DBS check (CRB) clearance – all applicants will undergo an enhanced DBS check prior to commencing the position Salary and Hours 27.5 hours per week; part‑time, term time only.
