This position serves as a primary contact for customers, and decisions made in this capacity impact the financial health of the company in terms of overall ability to provide accurate and timely information. Respond to all customer calls and emails in a professional manner Provide parts identification and troubleshooting assistance to dealers and customers. Process parts orders through TCM order entry process. Log interactions with customers in Salesforce Use company approved systems & processes to correct deficiencies in the design, sale, production, and shipping of products. Gain a complete understanding of new Henderson product offerings and changes to existing products. Communicate information gained from the field to Engineering, Sales, and Operations to help minimize future warranty claims. Collect and provide information which will improve the equipment and parts manuals for the company’s products. Be actively involved in the updating of manuals. WHAT THIS ROLE NEEDS: Associate degree, or bachelor’s degree in related technical field Minimum of 2 years’ experience in technical-related area, inside sales or customer service; experience in truck equipment industry preferred. Mechanical aptitude and problem analysis and resolution ability Thorough technical knowledge of assigned products Technological skills required with knowledge of operation’s manufacturing software, as well as Microsoft products, including Excel and Word in Windows environment.
