A forward-thinking Construction Consultancy is looking for a driven Senior CDM Consultant to join its expanding Birmingham team. You'll take the lead on a wide variety of projects across the commercial, residential, and public sectors, working with well-known clients and ambitious design teams to deliver excellence in health, safety, and design risk management. As a Senior CDM Consultant, you'll act as a trusted advisor - guiding clients through the design process, identifying risks early, and finding practical, proactive solutions. This is not a box-ticking role; it's a chance to become a real partner in the design and delivery of some of the region's most exciting projects. Whether your ambition is to move into Principal Designer leadership or progress towards Associate level, your development will be fully supported. What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Senior CDM Consultant or Principal Designer within a consultancy environment In-depth knowledge of the CDM Regulations 2015 and design risk management NEBOSH Construction or equivalent H&S qualification (TechIOSH / IMaPS desirable) Strong communication skills and the confidence to lead client relationships A proactive, solutions-driven approach and a genuine interest in design safety Why Join?
