The Opportunity The Sales Enablement team plays a critical role in our Go‑to‑Market (GTM) strategy, supporting Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships. As Sales Enablement Coordinator, you will work closely with senior GTM leadership to define priorities, deliver training, and build AI‑native tools that provide the knowledge and practice teams need precisely when they need it. This is an early‑career role that offers a deep look into a hyper‑growth tech organization and the chance to grow into a project‑management and organizational leadership position. Responsibilities Support the planning and delivery of major enablement programs including New Hire Bootcamp, Multiverse Leader Training (MVLT), and the annual GTM Kick Off. Maintain and iterate content solutions and actively support the roadmap of AI solutions for GTM. Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to launch projects that accelerate team success. Ensure our team members are equipped to excel in their roles through effective onboarding, ramp‑up, continuous upskilling, and knowledge development. Qualifications 1–2 years of corporate experience; prior software industry experience not required. Strong foundational skills, a high level of coachability, and demonstrable enthusiasm for learning and applying AI solutions. Exceptional attention to detail and strong planning skills. Ability to manage and balance multiple workstreams simultaneously. Highly collaborative and thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced team environment.
