Overview Employee Relations Specialist Location : Feltham (Hybrid Working Available) We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of UK employment law and the ability to manage complex workforce matters with discretion and professionalism. Responsibilities Provide expert guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation. Support managers in handling disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters effectively. Contribute to policy development and implementation across the organization. Collaborate on projects involving workforce engagement and organizational change. Ideally, bring knowledge of European employment frameworks to support our international operations. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in employee relations within a multi-site or multi-country environment. In-depth knowledge of UK employment law; European employment law experience is a strong advantage. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with sensitivity and maintain confidentiality at all times. This position is based in Feltham and offers hybrid working for flexibility.
