Base pay range Direct message the job poster from Higher Success Job Description My Client is a long established international professional service recruitment agency with long tenure and excellent client relations. They are seeking a Senior, Principal level or Managing Consultant level Recruitment Consultant to join their tech recruitment teams. Specifically, they are looking for people with experience in: Data Cyber Security HR and Procurement recruitment The role is based in central London 2-3 days a week with a couple of days from home.They have options to build new desks whilst also cross‑sell into existing client bases. They operate dual desk but you have the option to focus more on contract or perm depending on your background.You will need strong BD and client relationship experience and a desire to network and build your desk. Qualifications At least 2 years experience in a 360 role in the above specialisms Recruiter from an agency background in a 360 capacity rather than Internal, account management or delivery Benefits and Remuneration Salaries approx. £35 K to £55 K depending on level hired 25 days holiday rising to 27 after 3 years Birthday off in addition to holiday allowance Health insurance Pension up to 10% matched £20 contribution to gym membership of your choice (paid monthly via payroll) Great commission up to 30% Monthly sales prizes Quarterly meals and activities £3 K bonus a year if you go over target International trips for high performing consultants Important Note Please note you will need to be a Recruiter from an agency background in a 360 capacity rather than Internal, account management or delivery as they only have 360 options on their teams at the moment.
