Join us as a Revit Specialist and you'll be a big part of this. Role Purpose Responsible for creating, managing and optimizing Building Information Models (BIM) using Autodesk Revit. Translate design concepts into detailed 3D models, generate construction documentation and ensure projects meet industry standards and specifications. Streamline the design and construction process, reducing errors, and improving project efficiency. Responsibilities Create and maintain detailed 3D models for development and new format projects. Generate construction documentation such as plans, elevations, sections and details from the 3D models. Create rendered visualisations and flythroughs to support format development and project approvals. Work closely with architects, surveyors and other stakeholders to ensure the BIM accurately reflects the design intent and meets project requirements. Coordinate with other team members to integrate models into overall project plans, resolve design conflicts and ensure consistency and accuracy. Perform quality checks on models and documentation to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies. Implement BIM workflows and processes to enhance project efficiency and streamline the design process. Create and manage Revit families and project templates. Keep up to date with the latest Revit and BIM advancements, best practices and industry standards. Identify and resolve technical issues related to Revit software or BIM models. Promote the benefits of Revit across the business. Provide training for Store Planners and new starters and team development as required. Own personal development, actively participate in 121's, appraisals and team activities. Key Business Relationships Provide Level of Detail (LOD) specifications to surveying contractors. Collaborate with Format Team to ensure clear understanding of format principles. Liaise with Construction Team to use latest building drawings and confirm that requested changes are feasible and within the scope of works for the project. Liaise with Equipment team to ensure models include latest blueprint fixtures. Guide and manage the workload of external planning agencies, auditing and validating their output. Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure timely delivery of projects. Qualifications Expert‑level knowledge of Autodesk Revit software and its various functionalities. Strong ability to create accurate and detailed 3D models. Ability to generate construction documentation from 3D models. Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and communicate technical information clearly. Understanding of relevant building regulations and construction methodologies. Strong communication skills. Can understand and analyse data, concepts and complex issues quickly and is a creative decision maker. Attention to detail – has a good eye, ensuring errors and omissions are identified and quality is maintained. Ability to work in a methodical manner, with a structured and disciplined working style. Plans and prioritises own time/workload to achieve targets. Anticipates when deadlines are unlikely to be met and communicates with stakeholders. Team worker with ability to work on own initiative for project work. Desire to develop skills and experience for future leadership opportunities.
