This role involves architecting scalable, innovative data solutions within the Azure ecosystem, collaborating with senior stakeholders, and contributing to a data-driven culture.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deliver end-to-end Power BI dashboards and data solutions in the Azure CloudWork closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to bring BI products to lifeTranslate business requirements into actionable and efficient technical solutions using Agile methodologiesBuild and maintain robust, scalable data models and data architectureUtilise the data warehouse to drive self-service analytics and business insightEnsure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR)Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of data excellenceContinuously identify opportunities for improving data quality, reliability, automation, and reusabilityExperience & Skills RequiredProven proficiency in Azure Data Factory and Azure SQL (essential)Proven expertise with Power BI and a strong eye for intuitive, user-friendly data visualisationSolid understanding of data warehouse design including planning and developmentExperience managing senior stakeholders and translating their needs into technical solutionsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailClear, effective written and verbal communication skillsProven experience working in Agile environments as well as Azure DevOpsA degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experienceAdditional InformationHybrid working: Only 1 day per week required in the Birmingham officeYou must have the right to work in the UK – sponsorship is not available now or in the futureReady to take the next step in your career?
