Senior CRM Executive – StrategiQ Are you passionate about creating meaningful customer experiences and bringing brands to life through smart, personalised CRM? As a Senior CRM Executive at StrategiQ, you’ll help shape the way customers connect with our clients across their entire journey. You’ll work with an award-winning team of strategists, designers and performance experts to build lifecycle programmes that drive engagement, loyalty and long-term value. If you love turning data into insight, crafting seamless customer journeys and delivering CRM programmes that make a measurable impact then this role is your opportunity to grow and innovate. Qualifications 2-4 years experience in CRM focused roles either in-house or within an agency, and proven hands‑on experience with Klaviyo and DotDigital. Passion for CRM and lifecycle marketing, and enjoy exploring how data, tech and creativity combine to shape customer behaviour. Attention to detail, whether you’re building emails, refining segments or testing complex workflows. Naturally curious, always seeking to understand why customers behave the way they do and how to improve their experience. Collaborating with strategists, creatives and channel specialists to deliver joined‑up customer journeys that actually make a difference.
