About The Role Join Our Dynamic Warehouse Team at IPL Sittingbourne We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Key Operative – Nights to become a vital part of our produce facility in Sittingbourne. If you are passionate about production and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, this role is perfect for you Position Details Schedule: 4 on 4 off (Nights) 7pm – 7am Location: IPL Sittingbourne – Site Based Role Contract Type: Permanent Key Responsibilities Provide accurate and prompt picking, packing and dispatch of depot goods while upholding highest health and safety standards. Receive and check incoming stock, ensuring labels and temperature disciplines are completed and product correctly located. Complete all relevant paperwork for Goods In/Goods Out/Picking and dispose waste safely in line with company processes. Undertake MHE truck duties, conduct daily safety checks and observe warehouse guidelines. Qualifications Previous experience in fast‑paced warehouse/manufacturing/pack house/produce background. Forklift truck licence and knowledge of warehousing/store processes. Manual handling training required. Ability to work under pressure with good attention to detail and communication skills.
