This is your chance to truly make an impact About Exemplar Health CareLeger Grove is part of Exemplar Health Care, one of the country’s leading nursing care providers. When open, Leger Grove will support adults living with acquired brain injuries, complex mental health needs, dementia and physical disabilities. Although the home is set to open in March 2025, you’ll begin a tailored induction one month prior, giving you time to learn about the company, meet your colleagues and complete training before the official opening. Responsibilities Carry out all daily and weekly cleaning routines, including ad‑hoc duties Clean and tidy designated areas around the home, including bedrooms, lounges, kitchens, bathrooms and offices Perform cleaning duties such as dusting, mopping, polishing and vacuuming Use equipment such as carpet cleaning machines Support with washing and drying laundry, as required Report breakages, damage, defects and hazards Build trust and promote choice, dignity and independence You’ll put our people at the heart of everything you do – whether that’s hoovering our residents’ bedrooms or polishing their photo frames.
