Role and Responsibilities -

As a Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support the class teacher with delivering engaging and creative lessons.
* Work with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning and build confidence.
* Assist with preparing resources and teaching materials.
* Provide constructive feedback and track pupils' progress.
* Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
* Take part in school events, meetings, and training to support your professional growth.

Candidate Requirements-

We are looking for graduates who have:
* A 2:1 or higher degree in a core subject (English, Maths, Science, Humanities, Psychology, Education Studies, or similar).
* A genuine enthusiasm for working with children and supporting their learning.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive and positive approach, with the ability to work well in a team.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare.
