Job Advert: English Teacher – Non-Selective Independent School (Exeter)
Are you a passionate and skilled English Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated teacher to join our thriving non-selective independent school in Exeter. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality English lessons and making a positive impact on students' academic progress. This is a full-time role with the full responsibilities of a classroom teacher, paid in line with main teaching salary scales.

The Role:
Plan and deliver engaging English lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and potentially 5.
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Carry out full teaching responsibilities, including planning, marking, assessment, and reporting.
Contribute to the wider school community through participation in extracurricular activities and events.
What We're Looking For:
A qualified English Teacher with QTS (or equivalent).
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching English.
Ability to inspire and challenge students of all abilities in a non-selective environment.
A commitment to contributing to the school’s ethos and values.
