Customer Service Representative - Edinburgh Salary: From £23,278‑£23,278 per year Working hours: Monday‑Friday, 35 hours per week Work location: Hybrid remote – combination of work from home and in office at Standard Life House, Edinburgh, EH1 2DH What does the Customer Service Representative role involve? You’ll be joining a people and technology‑driven business, handling calls to and from customers about their life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans. Whether helping customers plan for retirement, access investments, update personal information, or support families during bereavements, you’ll ensure a seamless experience during the moments that matter. Comprehensive training will be provided so financial services experience isn’t essential. Many new colleagues join us from customer‑facing backgrounds in contact centres, retail, hospitality, or the travel industry.
