Bringing your innovative thinking to the table to help deliver impactful campaigns including pop-ups, sampling, PR stunts and more.Reporting to our Head of Experiential, this role will play a key part in shaping how we continue to deliver award-winning campaigns for our clients.What you’ll be doing:Delivering strategic direction to your client across your portfolio of brandsLeading the delivery of projects with accountability for the fiscal targets, accurately forecasting contribution across your accounts, ensuring it is delivered as plannedManaging relationships with external providers including producers, events organisers etc, to foster a cohesive and effective partnershipWorking alongside the Director of Experiential to identify and drive opportunities to grow your portfolio including contributions, new services, and new categoriesReviewing and analysing the delivery of projects with a view to achieving future efficiencies whilst ensuring all work is delivered with the highest of standards and surpasses client’s expectationsActively developing your knowledge of the landscape in which your clients’ brands operate, keeping abreast of the latest developments in the marketplace, business performance and wider environmental influences and proactively sharing this with the wider teamWhat you’ll bring to the role:Proven experience working as an Account Director or Senior Account Manager, delivering experiential campaigns for clients in the FMCG sector, ideally in the drinks spaceProven abilities in growing client revenuesInnovative, a great idea generator and a strategic thinker concerning brandsA first-class communicator who can comfortably negotiate and challengeExceptional financial management skills and commercial acumenHow we reward you:Contributory pension schemeAnnual company bonus schemePrivate Medical InsuranceLife AssuranceContinuous learning and developmentEnhanced parental benefitsAdditional benefits:The last Friday of every quarter is a ZEAL Day offChristmas closureWork from home budget to help you achieve your dream set upDog friendly officesA wealth of social events from our seasonal gatherings to our quarter review get-togethersIf this role is of interest, click ‘apply now’ to share your CV No recruiters, please. #J-18808-Ljbffr
