2 days per week | London (On-site)We are looking for a creative, social-first videographer to join our team on a part-time or freelance basis. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes short‑form content, understands current social trends, and can bring a founder's personality and story to life through engaging video.You will work 2 days per week on-site, following our founder to capture behind‑the‑scenes moments, product insights, team culture, and day‑in‑the‑life content. If you're comfortable shooting, directing lightly, and editing high‑performing videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts — we'd love to hear from you.RequirementsWhat You'll DoFilm founder‑led, on-the‑go content in our office and at external locations (2 days per week)Capture a variety of formats: talking‑heads, behind-the-scenes, product demos, lifestyle content, vlogs, and spontaneous social momentsEdit fast, polished, high‑retention videos optimised for TikTok, Reels, and ShortsDevelop content outlines and creative concepts with our marketing teamMaintain a consistent brand voice, visual style, and pace across all videosAdvise on what is "trending" and help shape our social‑first video strategyOrganise footage, manage simple lighting/audio setups, and ensure smooth workflowsWhat We're Looking ForStrong experience creating short‑form video for TikTok, Reels, or YouTube ShortsA strong understanding of social trends, pacing, hooks, storytelling, and retention techniquesSkilled in both videography and editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut)Comfortable filming content in dynamic settings and capturing natural, in-the‑moment footageAbility to direct lightly and make the founder feel natural on cameraPortfolio of social‑first video work (this is a must)Nice to HaveExperience filming fitness, wellness, lifestyle, or tech contentExperience working with founders, creators, or influencersAbility to propose fresh, creative concepts that feel native to social platformsBenefitsWeekly Thursday lunch club and daily free barista coffees (in office)All.
