The role requires leading by example with creative flair to deliver high-level hospitality. Responsibilities include supporting a fully supervised induction and mentoring teams to progress within our Chef academy. Person Specification Qualifications (Essential): The successful candidate should have a strong background in catering and a passion for creating fresh, nutritious meals. Relevant qualifications in Culinary Arts or a similar field are highly desirable.
