This role presents an ideal opportunity to develop your career in a company renowned for its high standards and bespoke craftsmanship.You will likeYou will likeThe Joinery Project Manager - Bespoke Joinery Design Project Manager, will lead bespoke joinery projects from concept to completion. You’ll translate client visions into detailed technical drawings with SolidWorks, ensuring design, production, and installation are coordinated.ResponsibilitiesManage bespoke joinery projects throughout the design process, from client brief to production handoverTranslate client concepts and architectural drawings into detailed technical joinery drawings using SolidWorksCollaborate with internal designers, production teams, and external stakeholdersConduct and interpret site surveys, identifying key install and build considerationsReview materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes to ensure feasibility and qualityMonitor project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met on scheduleCommunicate effectively with clients to manage expectations and approvalsQualificationsAt least 5+ years of hands-on experience in SolidWorks, creating both 2D and 3D technical joinery designsProven background in project management within the joinery, fit-out or manufacturing sectorsStrong technical knowledge of bespoke joinery construction, materials, and production processesExcellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaborationExceptional organisational, planning and problem-solving skillsGood understanding of site conditions and installation logisticsYou will getAs a Joinery Project Manager, you will enjoy a salary between £35,000 and £45,000, complemented by a comprehensive package including an incentive scheme and personal development opportunities.
