We are looking for a full‑time, permanent Trainee Phlebotomist – internally known as a Health Assessment Specialist – to deliver high‑quality health assessments across the Horsham, Cowfold, Crawley, Dorking and Redhill areas. Drive up to 2 hours to travel between venues; public transport may be required depending on venue. Plan route, travel to the allocated venue each day, unpack and set up kit, and greet customers. Attend up to 15–22 customers per day; appointments range from 10 to 45 minutes per customer depending on package and assessments. Perform health assessments such as PAD, ECG, phlebotomy (after qualification), lung function, body composition, short fitness tests, and advise on further testing. Maintain accurate administration records for all assessments. No need to relay results or lifestyle advice to customers after assessments are complete. Requirements Full UK driver licence and access to your own car. A standard‑sized car is required for transporting the kit. Ability to work any days and times on a rota basis – 6 am‑4 pm, 8 am‑6 pm, 1 pm‑10 pm. Proficient using computers, laptop, phone, tablet. Clear DBS – we will process this on your behalf. Travel up to 2 hours from your home location; occasional overnight stays may be required. Live within the specified regional location. Attend in‑person training at the Milton Keynes head office for the first two weeks (Monday‑Friday, two consecutive weeks). Willingness to learn new skills.
