Working Hours Permanent, Full-Time (average 42 hours per week) DuPont Continental Shift Pattern (12-hour shifts): 06:00-18:00 / 18:00-06:00 Job Description As an Electrical Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving manufacturing performance across a modern production facility. Working as part of a skilled maintenance team, you\'ll ensure equipment reliability, perform proactive and reactive maintenance, and contribute to process optimisation projects. Responsibilities Fault-finding, repairing, and maintaining electrical equipment and control systems Carrying out planned and preventative maintenance Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste Collaborating with operators and engineering teams to achieve production targets Ensuring compliance with all HSE and quality standards Skills & Experience Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship with ONC/HNC or equivalent Proven experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Hands-on experience with motors, PLCs, and plant control systems Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Desirable Exposure to modern manufacturing techniques Experience in a culture transitioning from reactive to proactive maintenance Multi-skilled maintenance background Why Should You Apply?
