This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of DevOps within development teams, champion best practices, and drive a culture of automation and efficiency across the software delivery lifecycle. You will be helping them implement a strong CI/CD process for a fully automated release process.The CompanyOperating within the Lloyd's and UK insurance markets, our client is a data-driven insurer that combines intelligent automation with deep industry expertise. They work in an agile, fast-paced environment, delivering innovative solutions to complex challenges. Their technology team functions like a startup within an established business, offering autonomy, flexibility, and a strong emphasis on collaboration.The RoleAs a DevOps Engineer, you will embed within development teams, ensuring smooth CI/CD processes, automating software deployments, and optimising cloud-based application delivery. You will bring deep expertise in Java or Node / React development using containerisation and take ownership of DevOps initiatives within engineering teams. This is a hands-on role where you will influence the DevOps culture, introduce best-in-class tooling, and enhance cloud-native development practices.
