As our first dedicated field marketing hire in the region, you\'ll play a pivotal role in building our market presence and directly contributing to revenue growth through strategic field marketing programs and events. This role requires deep expertise in executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and support our sales teams in achieving ambitious revenue targets. You\'ll work closely with sales leadership, the global field marketing team, and cross-functional partners to create compelling programs that resonate with enterprise customers across diverse EMEA markets. This role is heavily events-focused, and ideal candidates will have equal experience in both field marketing and event management.ResponsibilitiesExecute comprehensive field and event marketing strategies across EMEA, with primary focus on European marketsPlan, manage, and execute a portfolio of field marketing events including executive roundtables, customer events, partner programs, and industry conferencesLead sales enablement initiatives including content localization, regional messaging adaptation, and creation of market-specific sales toolsManage regional field marketing hiresPartner closely with EMEA sales leadership to align field programs with territory plans and account strategiesDevelop and execute multi-channel event strategies that directly contribute to pipeline generation and revenue targetsManage regional field marketing budgets across multiple countries and programs, ensuring optimal ROI and reporting with the global Marketing Events teamCreate and implement lead capture and qualification processes tailored to regional market dynamicsCollaborate with the global Marketing team to localize and adapt campaigns for EMEA marketsTrack and analyze program performance metrics, providing regular reporting on pipeline contribution and ROI, laddering up to both regional and global goalsBuild relationships with key partners, vendors, and industry organizations across EMEACoordinate with Product Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and positioning in all regional programsDrive continuous improvement through post-event analysis and stakeholder feedbackYou may be a good fit if youHave 12+ years of B2B marketing experience with deep expertise in field marketing and event management in EMEA markets, particularly EuropeDemonstrate expertise in both field marketing and event marketing, with the ability to excel as the first dedicated hire in the regionHave demonstrated success contributing to large revenue goals ($500M+) through integrated field marketing initiativesPossess extensive experience creating and executing multi-channel event strategies with measurable revenue impactHave a proven track record of people managementHave strong project management skills with experience managing complex, multi-country programs simultaneouslyPossess exceptional budgeting and financial management capabilities with experience managing substantial field marketing budgetsHave deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles and enterprise B2B buying processesDemonstrate cultural awareness and ability to adapt strategies for diverse European marketsHave experience with marketing technology stack and attribution modelingExcel at cross-functional collaboration, particularly with sales teamsAre comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environmentsHave strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to program optimizationStrong candidates may also haveExperience marketing AI/ML or complex technical products to enterprise customersUnderstanding of EMEA regulatory and compliance requirements for marketing activitiesExperience working in high-growth technology companiesKnowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and executionPrevious experience as a first field marketing hire in a new regionTravel RequirementsThis role requires approximately 40-50% travel within EMEA for field events, customer engagements, and team management, with additional travel to Anthropic offices for alignment and planning sessions.Deadline to apply: None.
