Key responsibilities Help define and execute the product strategy for UK Savings, including proposition design and pricing Develop and execute commercial initiatives to drive market share, customer acquisition, and revenue growth Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and opportunities to inform product decisions Manage propositions in market, working across functions to deliver good customer outcomes and high customer satisfaction Monitor and analyse product and campaign performance, and implement improvements Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Ability to analyse data, interpret trends, and translate strategy into actionable plans and initiatives Deep understanding of commercial drivers and savings pricing strategies Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management. Experience managing propositions in market, including understanding of market dynamic and UK regulatory environment Ability to effectively communicate and influence senior stakeholders through briefings and presentations 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in proposition, commercial or marketing functions are preferred.
