Job Opportunity: Finishing Manager - New Build Development Location: StocktonDuration: 8-10 WeeksImmediate Start Available We are currently seeking an experienced Finishing Manager to join the team on a new build project in Stockton. With the structure complete, focus now shifts to managing and delivering all internal finishing works to a high standard over the next 8-10 weeks. Role Overview: Oversee and coordinate all internal trades and subcontractorsEnsure high-quality finishes throughout bedrooms, communal areas, kitchens, and facilitiesManage snagging, de-snagging, and final handover stagesMaintain strict adherence to health & safety regulationsWork closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to keep to programme Requirements: Proven experience as a Finishing Manager or Internals Manager on New build schemesExcellent eye for detail and quality standardsConfident managing multiple finishing trades (carpentry, decorating, M&E, etc.)SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS & First Aid required Applications: If you feel that you have the relevant experience to be successful in this position and would like to find out more, please apply online today, attaching a copy of your current CV.
