Then we have an exciting new opportunity for you as a Senior Account Handler within our friendly team based in Haverhill.OverviewSo, what does the role of a Senior Account Handler here involve?Every day you will be supporting a designated client portfolio, acting as their first point of contact, building strong relationships, and supporting them with queries as they arise. This role is perfect for you if you love customer service as relationship-building with our clients will be the key to your success.In this role you will be working on a protected book of high-net-worth clients. As a Senior Account Handler you will provide support to colleagues along with the Team Leader and provide training to the team where required.ResponsibilitiesSupport a designated client portfolio and act as the first point of contact for client queries.Build and maintain strong client relationships.Provide assistance to colleagues and the Team Leader; contribute to training where required.Handle a protected book of high-net-worth clients in collaboration with the team.QualificationsYou will need a minimum of 2 years experience working in the Insurance IndustryTime management skills with the ability to work independentlyExperience of cross selling and upselling productsKnowledge of motor and home insuranceAbility to develop and maintain client relationshipsBe proactive, use your initiative and show entrepreneurial spiritWillingness to learn and be curious; opportunities to gain qualifications in the industryWork well with your team, have a positive outlook, be engaging, collaborative and resilient to changeBenefitsHoliday entitlement of 26 days plus bank holidaysOpportunity to progress your career across the entire Ardonagh familyGain CII or ACII qualifications to boost knowledge and career prospectsPensions scheme for retirement24-hour support for physical and mental wellbeing1 day paid volunteering dayRecognition through The Spotlight AwardsAbout the CompanyFootman James is part of the Ardonagh Group which spans the breadth of the insurance sector and is powered by more than 9000 employees.
