Requirements Enhanced Criminal Record Check or Baseline Security Check Skills, Qualifications and Licences HGV Class 2 Driving Licence (essential) Team leading and/or supervisory experience (preferred) Digital Tacho Driver Card (essential) CSCS Green Card (preferred) Drivers Qualification Card (CPC) (essential) Knowledge of established legal tachograph procedures (essential) ADR - Packages (preferred) Daily Responsibilities Vehicle daily checks of allocated HGV Class 2/7.5t /3.5t vehicle Ensure vehicle is equipped with all specialist equipment required for the day’s operation Lifting and packing a range of office furniture, soft furnishings, hardware, fine art, etc. Taking goods in or out of storage Lifting and moving loads in excess of 25kg Ensuring the highest standards are met when on site Responsible for health and safety for yourself and colleagues Deliver excellent customer care and service Work as an integral team member during larger specialist projects including laboratory and executive office relocations Comply with all company and health and safety procedures Benefits As a Class 2 Driver, you’ll receive a starting day rate of £130‑£140 depending on experience. You’ll receive incentives and a benefits package which will include an Employees Discount Scheme, Healthcare and Death in Service cover after 3 months. You’ll also receive 23+8 days’ holiday. Enhanced Criminal Record Check: You will be required to undertake an "Enhanced Criminal Record Check" or "Baseline Security Check" which will involve providing three years of address and employment history, valid ID and a character reference.
