Your responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring clinical governance and compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a culture of compassion, accountability and respect within the team.**The Requirements:**You'll need to be versatile, flexible, and able to empower employees so that they can help residents live a vibrant and fulfilling life through active support, empowerment, risk-taking that is constructive, and creative thinking.We welcome all applications from candidates who have previous experience of successfully managing a care home with a similar (or greater) number of residents.You will have a strong background in elderly care (within a care home environment); good leadership experience, including being fully conversant with all CQC regulations; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and a passion for providing high-quality person centred care.**Remuneration & Working hours:*** Salary **£65K*** This is a full-time role (37 hours per week).
