Responsibilities Work across projects in different sectors, providing a range of building surveying duties including feasibility studies, specifications, estimates, statutory approvals and contract administration. Apply standard building contracts such as JCT and NEC and deliver professional surveying services. Mentor and train junior Building Surveyors in the APC programme. Understand and apply principles of quality, safety and the environment within project management. Support senior managers with day‑to‑day activities and line‑manage junior surveyors. Carry out surveys, inspections, schedules and manage schemes in the Southeast Region. Assist in developing fee proposals and contribute to bids. Qualifications Always seek new learning opportunities to keep technical skills and knowledge current, and mentor colleagues. Contribute to a positive, friendly environment, building relationships across teams and with clients. Deliver excellent customer service and understand the customer’s changing business needs.
