You will manage teams in large multi‑stream global projects and business process design and transformation across ECC/S/4 implementations. Role Details Role Title: SAP HCM / Time Consultant Duration: 12 months (Extension likely) Location: Camberley – Hybrid Rate: £625p/d via umbrella Clearances: BPSS, Eligible for Security Clearance Your Role Lead HR workstream Work in a multi‑supplier environment to deliver projects on time Configure SAP for HCM solutions – OM/PA/Time/Time Evaluation according to industry best practices Lead design workshops and prepare high quality documentation (Solution Documents, Functional Specifications, WRICEFs, etc.) Provide estimates and impact assessment for deliverables Liaise closely with functional teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions Communicate and manage stakeholder relationships across all levels Mentor and support team development Your Profile Experienced SAP HCM/Time consultant with multiple project lifecycles and live support experience Strong technical HCM knowledge (Personnel Admin, Time Management, Time Evaluation, CATS) and broader technical awareness (Workflow, ABAP, BASIS, Security, Integration) Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver high quality presentations to senior stakeholders Innovative, open‑minded, passionate about change and providing first‑class service to clients Desire to advise clients on maximizing their SAP technologies Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Information Technology – Staffing and Recruiting #J-18808-Ljbffr
